Like others here,I think ultimately Nature will not be tamed by us...She will always have her way, in the end. When will we learn??
I love the combined effect of image and word. It's really great how you can punch in so much with so few words... shall be visiting again and often.

I love the photo -- it is what envision when I think of a perfect little English garden behind a house.
checked out the sheffield link... can empathise as wwe had been through similar situation in 26/27jul05...
now everytime it rains there is a palpable fear of what we had gone thru..
