Am unfamiliar with the prompt idea, but a piece of trivia to accompany the haiku: the Vincent Thomas Bridge, San Pedro/Long Beach is done the same way. Once the entire bridge is painted from one end to the other, the job is begun again from the beginning. Easier than putting a ship into drydock, or is that passe now?

Yes, a job that vast would be a never-ending circle! Clever post and great image to go with it. :~)
What a great take on the prompt! And the bigger the ship, the bigger the circle, I guess!
"Will the circle be unbroken", I don't think so. A good one Mandy.
Goodness..this is perfect!
I loved this!
Having scraped a few hulls in my younger days, I concur with your assessment.
But there's the beer breaks in between, so that's always good.
This smacks of happy times. Great accompanying photo.
It is never-ending! Great use of circle...and the photo is oh, so fine!
L'éternel retour !
Love that photo.
