Birdwatchers? What rare visitor has the wind carried in?
Hi Annie,Mandy is incorporating one of the techinques of haiku called 'negative space' where we are invited to fill in the spaces. When an image or photo is added it also means the context is overtly repeated, and text and image work together for the reader to fill in the pieces. It's one of those things that makes haiku a lot of fun as it doesn't tell us how to think, but teases us. ;-)AlanBBC Poetry Season Article 1000 Verse Renga1000 Verse Renga Newspaper article: Bath ChronicleAlan’s blog: Area 17.
